You must register and play using your own legal name and genuine personal details. Accounts registered using fictitious names, third-party identities, or incorrect personal information are void from inception. To open an ajili account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obliged to promptly update your account information if any details change.
ajili reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time, including but not limited to a Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID card, Philippine Passport, or Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your ajili login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. You must notify ajili's support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
ajili accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. ajili does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. ajili may reject deposits from third-party instruments and will require the deposit to be returned to its source. Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw without meaningful gaming activity may be construed as a violation of these Terms.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC before processing. ajili aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for e-wallet methods and within the same business day for bank transfers submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.
ajili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems. Such checks may delay processing. ajili will communicate any such delays to the Player without undue delay.
An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. ajili may, following reasonable advance notice to the Player's registered email, deduct an inactivity administration fee of PHP 200 per month from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.
Currency Note: All transactions on the ajili Casino Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion fees are applied by ajili on PHP-denominated transactions.
ajili Casino offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings, and expiry periods.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — typically, slots contribute at 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
ajili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms while minimising actual risk (so-called "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting"); and providing false information to claim promotional offers.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as winnings derived from any single bonus offer is capped at PHP 50,000. Winnings in excess of this cap generated solely from bonus funds will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request processing, unless the Player's account has established a verified real-money wagering history as determined by ajili's risk management team.
All games available on the ajili Casino Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in each game's information panel.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on ajili's server logs, the server-side record shall be determinative. Technical malfunctions void all pay and play. Any bets placed or games initiated during a period of documented system error may be voided at ajili's discretion, and affected stakes will be returned to the Player's wallet.
ajili reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is credible evidence of cheating, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, use of unauthorised automation tools (bots), or any other form of fraudulent play.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ajili Casino's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ajili account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ajili Casino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of enjoyment, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. ajili does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by ajili's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
ajili Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ajili has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to ajili.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ajili's support team. Upon closure, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and verification that no bonus wagering obligations are outstanding. Bonus funds and associated winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, the Player must notify ajili's support team in writing within 30 days of the disputed event. ajili will review all relevant server logs and game records and provide a written response within 14 business days. If the Player is dissatisfied with ajili's resolution, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the competent regulatory authority.
ajili Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
